Reject Squad is a storytelling party game where players combine power cards like "You have Laser Vision" or "You can turn into a truck" with restrictions like "But clumsily" or "While moving 35mph" to create laughably inept superheroes. Once players create their heroes, they enter a job interview with a player taking on the role of a Reject Squad talent scout, pleading their case by telling the story of how they would solve the crisis at hand. With Reject Squad we prioritized not only making a funny game, but a game that would welcome people who didn't feel funny themselves. The crises provide natural storytelling hooks, and help you focus on what you want to say in your interview. Reject Squad generates heroes that you love to laugh at, but it also generates characters that you just flat-out love. Charming fools who could achieve so much if it weren't for their tragic flaws. Underdogs you can't help but root for.
